Eligibility

To purchase firearms or related products from our website, you must be at least 21 years old for handguns and 18 years old for long guns, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are not prohibited from owning firearms.

Firearm Purchases

All firearm sales are conducted in accordance with federal and state laws. Firearms purchased online will be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice, or picked up at our licensed premises address listed below after completing necessary ATF paperwork and background check. It is your responsibility to:

Ensure the firearm is legal in your state and locality.
Contact the FFL dealer to arrange the transfer.
Provide us with a copy of the FFL dealer's license.

Suppressor Purchases

All suppressor sales are conducted in accordance with federal and state laws. Suppressors purchased online will be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) with a valid SOT of your choice, or picked up at our licensed premises address listed below after completing necessary NFA Paperwork. It is your responsibility to:

Ensure the suppressor is legal in your state and locality
Contact the FFL dealer with valid SOT to arrange the transfer
Provide us with a copy of the FFL dealers license and SOT

Shipping and Handling

Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the items. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Cancellations

All firearm sales are final. Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, contact sales@energyarms.com for authorization.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of firearms and related products. It is your responsibility to be aware of and adhere to these laws.

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from us. By purchasing from our website, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the products.
