Firearm Shipping
At Energy Arms, we prioritize your safety and compliance with federal regulations. All firearm purchases are shipped exclusively to a local Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. To find a suitable dealer, consider using resources like the FFL Registry. Please note, Energy Arms is not affiliated with the dealers listed; it's essential to contact them beforehand to confirm their availability and willingness to facilitate the transfer. The dealer will handle the firearm transfer and conduct the necessary background check, typically charging a nominal fee for this service.
As the customer, you're responsible for coordinating with your chosen FFL dealer and ensuring they send a copy of their license to sales@energyarms.com.
IMPORTANT: It's your duty to be aware of and comply with all local laws regarding firearm purchases. Refer to the "Prohibited Items" section below for potential consequences of non-compliance.
Shipping Rates
Orders totaling over $250 qualify for free shipping, excluding firearms, ammunition and oversized accessory items. For all other items, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies. This offer is valid within the contiguous United States; shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous U.S. territories will incur actual shipping costs.
Note: Ammunition and oversized accessories are subject to actual shipping charges.
Energy Arms reserves the right to select the shipping method. If an alternative method is required, additional fees may apply. For instance, if we plan to ship via USPS and your FFL dealer cannot receive USPS deliveries, you'll need to choose another dealer or cover the cost of an alternative shipping carrier.
Requests for expedited shipping and processing will incur additional charges.
Proper Addressing
Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Items returned to Energy Arms due to incorrect addressing will require payment for reshipping. If you choose not to reship, a restocking fee of 20% (minimum $20) will be applied. Energy Arms is responsible for loss or damage only during transit. Once an item is delivered, any loss, theft, or damage is not the responsibility of Energy Arms. It's crucial to confirm that your selected FFL dealer or delivery address is prepared to receive the package upon delivery.
Processing and Shipping Times
Typically, Energy Arms processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), starting after payment and all necessary FFL documentation are received. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping carrier.
Prohibited Items
If you purchase an item that is illegal in your state, you are underage for the transfer, you fail a background check, or you are otherwise ineligible to purchase, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions will be made. Given that state laws are continually evolving, it's imperative that buyers are knowledgeable about their own state and federal regulations before making a purchase.
Returns

All firearm sales are final; no returns are accepted.

Do not return any items without prior approval, as they will be refused at your responsibility.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all original contents and unused.

Include a copy of any invoices or paperwork with the return.
Please note that product photos may differ from the actual item or packaging, as stock photos are often used. Verify that the item description or part number matches your expectations before purchasing.

Ship items to the address provided in our "Contact Us" link ONLY AFTER RECEIVING APPROVAL.
Prohibited Items
